Terms of Service

By downloading or using RECLAIM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

RECLAIM analyzes business records you provide and presents opportunities it estimates to be recoverable, along with the reasoning behind each flag and a drafted message you can review and send yourself. RECLAIM provides analysis only and does not guarantee any recovery outcome. Estimated amounts and recovery probabilities are projections, not promises, and are not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

• A free tier is available. Pro is $29 per month or $290 per year, billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple account subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
• If your subscription lapses, your data stays accessible on the free tier subject to its limits.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the records you import. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the app.

• Do not import data you have no right to use, or personal data obtained unlawfully.
• Do not use RECLAIM to send harassing, deceptive, or unlawful communications, or to pursue debts in violation of applicable collection laws.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to circumvent limits, security, or billing.
• Do not interfere with the service or attempt to access other users' data.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Features may change as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECLAIM and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost business, or uncollected amounts, arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using RECLAIM at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
