Privacy Policy

RECLAIM is an iOS application that analyzes business records you provide in order to surface recoverable revenue. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Business records you import. Invoices, leads, quotes, customers, and related fields such as amounts, dates, and contact details — whether entered manually, imported from a CSV file, or extracted from a photo you take.
• Account email. Used to create and secure your account and to send essential service messages.
• Usage data. Basic app diagnostics and feature usage, used to fix crashes and improve the product.

RECLAIM does not connect to your bank or accounting software and does not request banking credentials.

When you photograph an invoice, the image is processed to extract fields such as customer, amount, and dates. The extracted fields are shown to you for confirmation before anything is saved. The photo itself is not retained after extraction completes — only the fields you confirm are stored in your account.

Your records are used to run the five analyzers that score and rank recoverable revenue, to generate explanations for each flag, and to draft recovery messages you can review and send yourself. RECLAIM never sends messages on your behalf.

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the app (such as cloud hosting and the model provider used to draft messages), under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Your business records remain in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Diagnostic data is retained for a limited period and then discarded.

You can export your data at any time from Settings inside the app. The export contains the records associated with your account in a machine-readable format.

You can delete your account from Settings inside the app. Deletion removes your business records and account details from our systems. Deletion is permanent, so export first if you want a copy.

RECLAIM is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
